Villain’s Code of Ethics
This Code of Ethics written by Cal, is the code that all SoaH City Villains’ must go by. Wannabe Villains, this is for you.
1) Villains must have one goal they aim to achieve.
2) Villains MUST explain their master plan to the Hero when he asks.
3) Heroes must be put into an easily escapable death situation.
4) When all is going to plan, Villains must rub hands together in an evil way.
5) Villains must spend at least 33% of the time laughing evilly.
6) Villain's lair must be in an easily locatable position.
7) Villain must give away position of secret lair.
8) Location of self-destruct button must always be divulged to Hero.
9) Villain must never fight Heroes themselves, but use stupid henchmen.
10) IQ of henchmen must not exceed 70.
11) Only 1 henchman at a time may fight hero, others must wait their turn.
12) If Hypnosis tactics are used, at least 2 Heroes must be unaffected so they can stop you.
13) Evil doomsday machines must cost no less than $1 Million to construct.
14) $50,000 of this must be spent on flashing lights and dials, which are not needed.
15) Doomsday devise must be a) Giant Laser b) Weather Changing Machine c) Giant Robot.
16) Villain must contact the president and demand lots of money at least twice per scheme.
17) All members of the plot must have the right to withdraw from the evil plan.
18) Villains must have a legitimate business front of their evil organization.
