Yesterday I look back into the past.
Saw what once was a better time.
Now today I see my future fading fast.
I see my life is nothing but a lie.

The past was something so much more meaningful.
Now in the present I am filled with so much sorrow.
I don't want to face the future, it seems so dreadful.
Loved yesterday, dead today, forgotten tomorrow.

That's just the way it all seems to me.
That I can no longer live my life the way it use to be.
No one else could ever even begin to see.
That the past just keeps on haunting me.

I can't keep on heading down this path.
I must look for away to put a stop to it all.
Then perhaps tomorrow I would not fall.
Live life, surpass death, fuck the aftermath.
